These terms and conditions apply to all offers made, their acceptance as well as all agreements and their implementation.

These terms and conditions apply to all our offers and to all agreements with Wijnhandel Cahors regarding the sale, supply and payment of alcoholic beverages such as wine and the related products and / or services.
Where these terms and conditions apply to "buyer", it should be understood as meaning any natural or legal person who is in our contractual relationship under a contract concluded with us.
The terms set out in these General Terms and Conditions may be waived only if and to the extent expressly agreed in writing.
All rights and claims, as stipulated in the terms and conditions of any further agreements in favor of the Wijnhandel Cahors, are equally intended for the intermediary of Wijnhandel Cahors and other third parties.
Accepting an offer or making an order means that the buyer accepts the applicability of these terms.
Wine Trade Cahors reserves the right to change or supplement these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Offers and agreements
Offers are valid while stocks last.
Offers do not automatically apply for reset orders.
An agreement is reached when an order confirmation by mail has been sent to the buyer's e-mail address.
Wine Trading Cahors is entitled to refuse orders or orders or to impose certain terms on delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise. If an order or order is not accepted, Wijnhandel Cahors will inform you as soon as possible after receipt of the order.
Wine Trading Cahors does not deliver wine products to persons under the age of 18. By ordering these products, the buyer declares that he has at least the stated age.
The prices quoted on the Wijnhandel Cahors website include VAT and excise duty, in Euro and excluding shipping.
The shipping costs of orders within the Great Britain depends of the weight of the order.
Wine Trading Cahors can not be held on price listings that are clearly incorrect, for example due to obvious import, printing and printing errors. No rights can be derived from unlawful price information.
Payment can be made by Ideal, Credit Card, Paypal or by transfer of the order amount. Payment must be made before delivery. Delivery will take place no earlier than after payment of the due amount.

Orders made on the website are only for Great Britain. For deliveries to other countries, buyer should contact Wijnhandel Cahors for any different delivery conditions and prices for transportation.
Delivery, unless otherwise agreed, is at the buyer's specified shipping address.
Wine Trading Cahors strives to deliver orders within 5 business days of receipt of payment. However, Wine Trade Cahors is not mandatory.
If the delivery is either (temporarily) out of stock or for delayed delivery, or if an order can not be executed or only partially, the buyer will receive it as soon as possible. The additional shipping charge for delivery in 2 portions is at the expense of Wijnhandel Cahors.
Wine Trade Cahors guarantees the quality and quality of delivered goods.
The warranty does not cover the consequences of improper and improper use and improper storage of delivered products.
The supplied natural products will give possible flavor and color differences over previous deliveries. Deviations in these can not be excluded by the supplier.

The shipment is made by DHL and by larger orders by Wijnhandel Cahors itself.
If the delivered wine does not meet the buyer's expectations, the buyer has the choice to replace the wine in question with a return to a refund. Only valid complaints are accepted if up to 2 bottles of the product have been tasted. Based on the "Buy Distance" law, you have the right to undo your purchase within 7 days of delivery without giving reasons, and you will return the purchase amount. The order must be returned, after consultation with Wijnhandel Cahors, in return, undamaged and in original packaging. The shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Returns will only be accepted if the packaging of the product is undamaged, and also the return shipping fee will be charged to the buyer.
The liability of Wijnhandel Cahors remains at all times limited to the amount of the invoice amount of the relevant delivery.
For any direct or indirect damage for which Wijnhandel Cahors has not expressly accepted this liability, Wijnhandel Cahors will not be liable, except for damage caused by intent and gross negligence on the part of Wijnhandel Cahors.
Without prejudice to the remaining rights to which it is attributable, Wijnhandel Cahors has the right to suspend the execution of the order in its own right or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention by writing to the buyer in writing. Wine Trade Cahors reserves the right of ownership for all products delivered to it until the moment of full payment of the price of all products delivered by Wijnhandel Cahors to the buyer.
Changes, additions or changes to the agreement and the terms and conditions are valid only if they are written in writing and signed by both parties.
If a provision from the agreement and / or the terms and conditions appears to be void, this does not affect the validity of the entire agreement. The parties will replace (a) new provision (s), which will allow as much as possible the intention of the original agreement.
Applicable law and competent court
All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms apply apply exclusively to Dutch law.
All disputes between parties will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Lelystad.
